Prerequisite for WinGeno

WinGeno needs Microsoft's .NET Framework 2.0 as prerequisite. If it is not installed on your computer, the setup program will download and install it for you. If you have not installed the .NET Framework and start WinGeno from the .zip file, WinGeno will crash.
